MKG MAX10 KICKBOXING BOOT CAMP CHALLENGE INSTRUCTORS
Our instructors are highly experienced and knowledgeable in teaching MAX10 classes. Each instructor has their own unique teaching style which makes every workout different. And the results are the same - you'll get a good workout, you'll never be bored, and you'll be challenged within your own fitness level.
Just like with personal trainers, you'll develop a fitness mentor relationship with our instructors. We know how to modify or intensify your workouts. Tell us what you need and our instructors will help you workout to your fullest potential.
NICOLE MARINEZ - PROGRAM DIRECTOR / HEAD INSTRUCTOR
Nicole Marinez is Co-Creator, Director, and Instructor of the 10-Week Challenge. She has been involved at MKG as a senior CORE member and Level 1 instructor under Sifu Rick Faye at MKG Martial Arts for over 10 years. Nicole earned her Bachelor degree in Zoology with an emphasis on human physiology at the University of Washington.Her practical experience in physical therapy, and her lifetime commitment to sports and exercise have led her to this position. Nicole believes, "There is nothing more motivating than giving someone the tools to make positive changes in their lifestyle and appearance, and then seeing it happen." Nicole is married, with 2 children.
TAMMY WILSON - INSTRUCTOR
Tammy has been teaching various classes at MKG Martial Arts International on a weekly basis for over 5 years. Her classes are among the most popular and consistently supported offerings at MKG. She holds the rank of Level 2 Instructor under Sifu Rick Faye, Green Glove in Savate Kickboxing under Professor Salem Assli and an Associate Instructorship in Thai Boxing under Ajarn Chai Sirisute.In addition to her martial arts interests Tammy has also run 2 full marathons, 4 half marathons and completed the Danskin Triathlon. Her commitment to a wide variety of physical activities has been an essential and consistent part of her life.
Tammy is excited to be an instructor on the MAX10 team so she can promote an active life-style and introduce martial arts to everyone.
