These are not your typical commercial gym classes - you'll never be bored and they are so fun you will be motivated to keep coming back!
GET LEAN
3 days per week the Challenge offers unique fat burning workouts incorporating boxing/kickboxing combinations on the heavy bags, fun and safe partner-based pad work, circuit-training, and sports agility and plyometric drills. New techniques and combinations are added every week to build on the skill and intensity level.
GET STRONG
Twice a week the Challenge offers two different total-body strength-training workouts to build, shape and maintain lean muscle. Strength-training classes are progressive over the ten weeks incorporating body weight, resistance bands, free weights, medicine balls, stability balls and other equipment to improve core, balance and flexibility. We provide all the tools for you to get the results you want. Each participant supplies written goals for the session that help you stay on track. Our instructors provide confidential body weight and body fat measurements three times during the 10-week session along with short fitness checkups, to gauge your strength and stamina gains.
Healthy eating is essential to achieve your goals and important for fitness performance in any program. We provide nutritional guidance and structure with our sensible nutrition checklist, daily food logs, and weekly emails with tips and recipes to keep you committed to your goals. Our "personal training in a class setting" philosophy allows each person to set and attain their own goals.
